Research Assistant in Energy
Research
I am a Research Assistant at the Centre for Energy, at Newcastle University. My research is in renewable energy sources and power systems for Net Zero future. My special interest is in green hydrogen and its application in marine technology and ports.
Currently, I am completing the writing up of my PhD dissertation at the Newcastle University, Marine, Offshore and Subsea Technology, School of Engineering. My research is in Sustainable shipping, focusing on reduction of air borne emissions from ships.
The novel methodology, I have developed through my PhD research, provides innovative way to estimate emissions from ships and contributes to understanding of the effectiveness of emission control measures and policies.
