Background
Belinda joined the Strategy Group in May 2013, with a background of partnership working, administration, sourcing and securing EU funding.
As well as working with colleagues to obtain funding for NewRail activities, Belinda is currently working on the ETNA PLUS project, which began in January 2013 and aims to further develop the network of National Contact Points (NCPs) which are an invaluable source of transport research and innovation information.
