Reception doors are open Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.45. The Reception Team can also be contacted by telephone and email from 08.00 – 18.00.
Rooms and prices
Park Terrace offers en suite rooms in two different sizes; en suite and premium en suite. We also have some wheelchair accessible rooms.
Large kitchens are shared per flat (between six and 11 students). All kitchens include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and hoover. There is also a communal TV shared per flat with a TV licence included, however if you bring your own electronic device to watch TV on you'll need to buy your own licence.
You will also benefit from bike storage, a laundrette and our friendly security staff who patrol the area and are available on call 24/7.
All utility bills are included; WiFi is free, and we also provide Personal Possessions Insurance via Cover 4 Insurance.
En suite
En suite rooms are available in flats of 6 - 11 rooms where students share lounge and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a four-foot bed (small double size), desk, small desk drawer unit, full mirror, desk chair, wardrobe, and shelving. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 234 rooms of this type available.

Premium en suite
Premium en suite rooms have more floor space and are available in flats of 6 - 11 rooms where students share lounge and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom combines a sleep/study space, including a four-foot bed (small double size), desk, small desk drawer unit, full mirror, desk chair, wardrobe, and shelving. For September 2024-25 applicants, there will be 9 rooms of this type available.

Accessible en suite
Accessible en suite rooms are available in flats of 6 - 11 where students share a lounge and kitchen which features low-level kitchen work surfaces. Each wheelchair accessible bedroom combines a power-assisted door, sleep/study space, including a four-foot bed (small double size), desk, accessible storage and wardrobe, as well as a wet room equipped with shower chairs, handrails and emergency pull cords. For September 2023-24 applicants, there will be 10 rooms of this type available.
